1. General Terms and Conditions
Please read the following information carefully. If you decide to travel on a trip with More Fun Travel and make payment on a tour, you thereby agree to accept the terms and conditions of this contract.
2. Method of payments
We accept wire transfers and payment via Western Union. Otherwise, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB). We don’t accept credit payment for individual flight bookings or hotel booking.
3. Reservation Policy
A deposit of 15% of the tour price must be received at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Full payment of the balance must be settled by you no later than 45 days before departure date (wire transfer or Western Union). Balance by credit cards is required 60 days prior to departure.
If you make a booking less than 45 days (wire transfer) and 60 days (credit card) prior to departure, full payment is due immediately.
4. Cancellation Policy
Upon receiving written notice of the cancellation, the following schedule will apply:
- 46 days or more prior to tour departure: lose your deposit
- 45 – 0 days prior to departure: no refund will be given.
- Refunds are not made for any unused services. No refund will be made if you leave the trip early for any reason.
If you must cancel, we will be as understanding as possible and will make every effort to be flexible.
5. Company Liability
We accept responsibility for carrying out the terms of the contact and for the performance of our employees, sub-contractors and suppliers. We will not be liable to pay compensation if the failure is caused by you. Additionally, More Fun Travel is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost liability or expense arising, direct or indirect, out of injury, accident or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler. Tour members are required to have full travel insurance.
Any flights which are booked by More Fun Travel are booked and confirmed subject to availability with the airline. We are unable to take responsibility for any airline delays, cancellations or disruptions which can happen in the airline industry and are out of our control. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, More Fun Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
6. Privacy – More Fun Travel
Once you confirm your booked tour(s), we will send you a form to collect information that is relevant to your travel arrangements which may include personal information about you, such as, your full names (as on your passport), date of birth, passport numbers, nationality, telephone number, and your email address.
We will only pass the information you provide us to third parties such as airlines, tour companies, hotels or insurance providers when that information is necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
Where we hold personal information about you and you prove that it is incorrect, please drop us an email and we will take prompt steps to correct that information.
In providing this information to us, you consent to More Fun Travel using this personal information for the purpose of making and completing travel arrangements on your behalf.
We will keep your personal information safe and secure from unauthorized access.
