Safe and Secure Online Payment
More Fun Travel is very pleased to announce that we have the ability to accept online credit/debit card payments, making our services more attractive, affordable, and convenient for our clients. We are able to accept payments from cards issued by or bearing the logos of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
Our ability to accept online payments is due to our agreement with OnePAY, a first of its kind service in Vietnam (similar to PayPal). OnePAY is safe and secure and all information is encrypted according to the Card Industry Data Security Standard through SSL/168 bit connections. This is the same type of system used by major world banks such as ANZ, HSBC, ICICI. OnePay has even been selected by MasterCard to be the official e-payment service provider for businesses based in Vietnam.
Your credit/debit card information is sent directly to OnePAY – it is not kept or even viewable to employees or the management of More Fun Travel. More Fun Travel, along with OnePay will create an invoice which will be e-mailed to you. You simply follow the provided link to view and pay the invoice. Once complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment, and we will also receive an e-mail notifying us that your payment has been made.
Please note that from the time you receive the e-mail containing the links to your invoice you will have ten days to make the payment before the links and the invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice will have to be issued.
You will not have to spend time registering as a consumer/user of OnePAY in order to pay your invoice, simply provide the required card and personal information and you are done. Depending on your location and the issuer of your card, you may be required to enter a password that will allow you to perform on-line transactions. If you do not have this password, please contact the card issuer to receive a password. For Visa cards you will need a password that works with Verified by Visa and with MasterCard you will need a password that works with MasterCard SecureCode.
As with all on-line transactions – avoid hitting the ‘pay’ button more than once, avoid hitting the ‘refresh’ or ‘back’ button on your browser while submitting a payment and, if after submitting your payment you do not receive a transaction result message, do not attempt to submit the payment again, rather, contact More Fun Travel to see if they have actually received the payment, or wait to see if you receive a confirmation e-mail of a successful transaction. For your convenience we really want to avoid situations where you have inadvertently made duplicate payments.
Be aware that refunds, in the event of trip cancellation, or duplicate payments may take up to forty-five days to process and will come directly from OnePAY. Of course, if a refund is needed, we will work diligently with both you and OnePAY to see that the proper refund is received and credited back to your card.
Of course, the ability for you to be able to pay for your tour conveniently via any computer with an internet connection is absolutely free to you. More Fun Travel will not add a service charge to your invoice for this service, saving you the hassle and expense of costly wire or bank transfers.
